The salesmen were very helpful and involved with all aspects of our experience. We ran into a lot of setbacks getting our property ready for our home, and everyone at Sherlock was right behind us to get it all taken care of. We bought a smaller home, but they treated us like we were building the biggest one. I would recommend Sherlock Homes to anyone interested in a modular home.

Wish I could give them 6 stars! We got our home from Sherlock 4 years ago and still try to send anyone we can their way for whoever is in the market for a modular/manufactured home! Sherlock's customer service was amazing and they make the process very enjoyable! Highly recommended!!

My wife and I purchased our home in August of 2019. The staff of Sherlock homes went far beyond the call of duty for us. Jason made the experience as seamless as possible. Gary did a tremendous job of handling his portion of the sale .We couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience. I feel that Sherlock homes is an honest and straightforward company. I would highly recommend them for your next home.

We drove from Grand Rapids, Michigan after talking to Sam on the phone. He was so personable, we wanted to see if they could help us get our new home. Once we arrived, Jason greeted us. He looked up our address to see if he could help us. Despite living too far north in Michigan, he was incredibly helpful and sent us to a place closer to home that works with the same developers they use. Both Jason and Sam were incredible! I would absolutely recommend this organization to you!

Sherlock went above and beyond for us even after our home was done. Their customer service is outstanding. Jason always answered our calls with any questions we had. The whole team treated us like family! We love our home and we would definitely recommend them to anyone. ♥️
